Legs muddy yellow, black are: a stripe on each dorsal part of four front legs from trochanter to claw, a large spot on inner side of metacoxa, a spot on outer side of metatrochanter continuing with base of metafemur, apex of metatibia, apex of each metatarsomere; red brown are: apex of metafemur, metatibia entirely, most of each metatarsomere. Wings hyaline, fore wing vein C and stigma muddy yellow, other veins black. Punctures on dorsal part of head large, deep and dense, microsculpture dense, luster distinct; upper part of mesepisternum moderately and uniformly punctured, punctures on lower part minute and shallow, distinctly shiny; disc of mesoscutellum polished, punctures almost absent, strongly shiny, posterior part with dense punctures, punctures on posttergum dense, luster indistinct. Malar space 3 times diameter of median ocellus; median fovea shallow and narrow; postocellar area slightly elevated, 2 times as broad as long ( Figs 41 View FIGURES 40 – 45 , 58 View FIGURES 53 – 58 ); antenna shorter than combined length of thorax and abdomen, flagellomere 1 about 1.05 times length of flagellomere 2; mesoscutellum not elevated, disc flat, apex with distinct ridge. Ovipositor sheath as long as middle tarsomere 1 in lateral view, valvula 3 acute at apex and slightly longer than valvifer 2 in lateral view. Lancet with 19 serrulae (Fig. 75), base of each serrula oblique, middle serrula each with 3 basal denticles and 10–14 distal denticles (Fig. 87).
