Calligrapha (Zygogramma) heterothecae (Linell) , new combination

Zygogramma heterothecae Linell 1896: 197 .

This species has been reported from Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Wyoming ( Ciegler 2007; Riley et al. 2003; Staines and Staines 2009). Beyond this, we have examined specimens from Nebraska (BYUC) and Utah (UMNH). Host plants are species of Heterotheca View in CoL ( Asteraceae View in CoL ) ( Clark et al. 2004).
