Ctesias (Decemctesias) yuliyae sp. nov.

Type locality. Kazakhstan, Almaty Obl., Altyn Emei N.P., Ulken Kalkan.
Type material. Holotype (male): Kazakhstan, Almaty Obl., Altyn Emei N.P., Ulken Kalkan, 43°50´48´´N, 78°44´57´´E, 579 m., 4.v.2012, Salix/ Tamarix , coll. D. J. Mann & J. Cooter, ( OUMNH). Paratypes (58 spec.): Kazakhstan or., Almaty reg., NP Charyn, 2.v.–20.v.2013, O. Nakládal & Y. Kolesnichenko lgt., ( JHAC, ONCP). Specimens of the newly described species are provided with a red printed label with texts as follows: HOLOTYPE (or PARATYPE, respectively), Ctesias (Decemctesias) yuliyae sp. nov. Jiří Háva det. 2014”.
Description. Holotype, male. Body measurements (mm): TL 3.1 PL 0.9 PW 1.6 EL 2.4 EW 1.7; body elongate oval, matt, broad, dorsal surface dark brown with light brown to red elytral patterns, ventral surface brown ( Fig. 1). Dorsal and ventral surface covered by short, recumbent, grey pubescence.
Head finely punctate with short grey pubescence. Palpi brown; pubescence on mentum denser. Eyes large with brown microsetae. Ocellus on front present. Antennae with 10 antennomeres, brown, antennal club with 3 antennomeres, brown ( Fig. 2 View FIGURES 2 – 3 ).
Pronotum coarsely punctate, covered by entirely grey pubescence. Anterior pronotal angles not visible from above. Pronotal antennal cavity very narrow and coarsely punctate. Prosternal process broad and coarsely punctate. Scutellum triangular without setation. Elytra punctate as pronotum; cuticle dark brown with four – five transverse light brown or reddish fasciae with short grey recumbent pubescence. Epipleuron brown, anteriorly broad, finely punctate, covered by grey pubescence. Mesosternum and metasternum coarsely punctate on lateral parts, other finely punctate, covered by grey pubescence. Legs with trochanter and femur dark-brown, tibia and tarsi light brown, with grey setation.
Abdomin with five visible sternites; brown, with short, grey, recumbent pubescence. First abdominal sternite without distinct oblique discal striae. Pygidium with long, grey pubescence. Male genitalia as in Fig. 4. Female externally similar to male, but differs by the structure of antennae ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 2 – 3 ).
Diagnosis. The new species belongs to the subgenus Decemctesias Háva, 2014 , which is characterized by having a 10-segmented antenna. The new species is similar to Ctesias (D.) intermedia Mroczkowski, 1961 and Ctesias (D.) tschuiliensis Sokolov, 1972 , but differs by the dark body and reddish elytral patterns, structure of antennae, and male genitalia.

Etymology. Matronymic, dedicated to the Yuliya Kolesnichenko, PhD student of the senior author of this paper, who participated in collecting all of the material in Kazakhstan.
