Material examined: 6 larvae deriving from 1 female. Larvae relatively large: idiosoma 204–224 µm long.
Dorsum: Dp medium-sized (DpL: 195–209 µm; DpW: 153–159 µm), egg-shaped, widest in mid-point. Antero-lateral indents deep, somewhat obtuse-shaped, about 1/5 and about 1/3 of Dp length and width, respectively. DpW/Mp1-Mp1 4.6. Lp2, Mh1 smooth. Mp1-Mp1 long (67–71 µm), shorter than Mp2-Mp2 (39–42 µm); Mp1-Lp2 relatively short (38–40 µm). Venter: CpIm (66–68 µm) twice as long as other Cp; CpIIm (35–37 µm) and CpIIIm (35–37 µm) identical in size; CpIm:CpIIm:CpIIIm ratio 2:1:1. All setae on Cp bipectinate. C4-CpIIIm (29–31 µm) 1.5 times C1-CpIm (18–19 µm); C1-C2 intermediate length (42–47 µm). Expp oval, as wide as long. Exp located sub-centrally on plate, about level with E2. Palps: PIII 1 bipectinate; PV3, PV4 pectinate; PV1 (solenidium) relatively large. Chelicerae: First segment shaped like a somewhat curved cylinder (63–65 µm), narrowed anteriorly. Legs: About as long as body; LI< LII = LIII ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 ). ITi8 thin, long; IGe3, IIGe3 relatively thick and bipectinate; IITi10, IIITi10 located near mid-point of tibia. Hosts: Nematocera ( Stechmann 1980).
