Male: discs of S2 and subsequent sterna with relatively long and dense erect hairs; gonocoxite on dorsal surface at least apically and gonostylus covered with rather dense and long bristles; membranous retrorse lobe of gonocoxite rounded, wide, about as long as gonostylus or shorter than latter, with marginal fimbria of long thin bristles (except for E. gilanus and E. sobrinus , the membranous lobe of which is bare).
