Lectotype (Ramos Nuñez in Collect. Bot. (Barcelona) 15: 372. 1984): Herb. Linn. No. 943.16 ( LINN) .

Current name: Hypericum hircinum L. ( Clusiaceae ).

Note: Ramos Nuñez (in Collect. Bot. (Barcelona) 15: 372. 1984) wrongly attributed the choice of lectotype to Robson (in Davis, Fl. Turkey 2: 372. 1967). However, Ramos Nuñez’s use of the term lectotype effects typification ahead of Robson (in Bull. Brit. Mus. (Nat. Hist.), Bot. 12: 307, 310. 1985).
