Allantus moestus Mocsáry, 1883

A junior subjective synonym of Tenthredo (Cephaledo) caucasica caucasica Eversmann, 1847 . Synonymy by Konow (i.l.) in Dalla Torre (1894).

TYPES. Allantus moestus Mocsáry, 1883: 3 –4. Syntype (s) Ƥ, “Caucasus”. Lectotype Ƥ, hereby designated ( Fig. 22 ). Type locality: “Kaukas”.

DISCUSSION. Taeger (1985) mentioned the “ holotype ” of the taxon, but the original status of the only available type specimen was syntype. This specimen is hereby designated as lectotype ( Fig. 27 ).
