2. Tautoneura bicruris Lin & Zhang sp. nov.

( Figs 1e–h View FIGURE 1 , 3 View FIGURE 3 )

Description. Ground color white. Head narrower than pronotum. Coronal suture distinct basally. Eyes pale gray. Face flat in profile, frontoclypeal area long and relatively broad, anteclypeus long and slim, lorum small. Forewing milky and semitransparent, with an irregularly shaped red spot medially on distal part ( Figs 1e, f, g, h View FIGURE 1 ).

Abdominal apodemes developed, extending to middle of sternite IV ( Fig. 3b View FIGURE 3 ). Anal tube without appendage ( Fig. 3a View FIGURE 3 ).

Pygofer dorsal appendage tapering towards apex and roundly curved, exceeding posterior margin of pygofer lobe ( Figs 3a, c View FIGURE 3 ). Pygofer ventral appendage right-angle bent near middle and tapering towards apex, not exceeding posterior margin of pygofer lobe ( Figs 3a, d View FIGURE 3 ). Pygofer lobe with an irregular row of microsetae near posterior margin and around 2 macrosetae at cephalo-ventral angle ( Fig. 3a View FIGURE 3 ). Subgenital plate with an irregular row of larger microsetae along outer margin subbasally, contracted medially, and a row of microsetae along outer margin from contracted part to apex, several smaller microsetae scattered on distal half ( Fig. 3a View FIGURE 3 ). Connective Y-shaped, with central lobe slim ( Fig. 3e View FIGURE 3 ). Style with apex relatively short ( Fig. 3g View FIGURE 3 ). Aedeagus with both preatrium and dorsal apodeme developed, gonopore subapical on ventral side, aedeagal shaft extremely narrowing from gonopore upper side towards subapex, apex expanded in ventral view, pair of processes bifurcated medially and developed from upper side of gonopore ( Figs 3h, i View FIGURE 3 ).

Measurement. Male 2.00mm, female 2.05–2.15mm.

Material examined. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Guangxi Prov., Baise , 2018.VI.27, coll. Shuanghu Lin ; Paratypes: 2♀, same data as holotype .

Remarks. This new species is similar to T. prima , but has the aedeagal shaft processes bifurcated, the anal tube without an appendage and the pygofer ventral appendage not surpassing the posterior margin of the pygofer lobe.

Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin word “bicruris ”, referring to the medially bifurcated aedeagal shaft processes.
