Dubey, (NZC, HARC), 1 ♂ and 1 ♀. Head: Generally golden brown. Body length 11 mm (n = 5). Frons yellow with brown band in the middle extending to vertex; labrum brown; vertex yellow bearing brown markings; mandibles dark; palpi dark brown; antennal flagellomeres 27 - 29 with alternate dark and light bands. Wings: Forewing length 9.5 mm (n = 5). Pterostigma light to dark brown, cells hyaline, radial cells compressed into box-like shape. Forewing: Costal space with 7 crossveins, terminates distal to commencement of Rs; 4 RA cells with 6 radial veins; A 2 simple and fused with A 3 basally; CuP straight distal to CuP-A 1. Hindwing: Costal space with 6 crossveins; A 1 forked and fused with CuA for significant length distal to A 1 fork; 4 RA cells with 7 radial veins. Thorax: Pronotum brownish with yellow band in the middle, mid-section cylindrical, granulated and lacks transverse ridges in dorsal view. Pterothorax yellow with brown longitudinal bands in dorsal view; prescutum yellow; scutum yellow with scattered brown patches on lateral margins; pleural region yellow with brown spots near sutures. Legs: Foreleg: Yellowish brown; trochanter yellow; femora inner surface almost two-thirds dark brown; outer surface yellow with 1 - 2 brown spots; the base of the spines brown; tibiae yellowish brown. Mid and Hind legs: generally yellow; mesofemur with the dark long band; meso and metatarsus with segment I more than double in length than II-IV combined; tarsal claw brown, each with 3 teeth, which are a collective triangular shape. Abdomen: Yellow with dark brown band at distal ends of each segment. Genitalia: Ectoprocts elongated, apex globous in shape, covered with long setae; ventromedial lobe directed ventrally with prominent short and thick setae; sternite IX with broad medial distal projection; pseudopenis conspicuous, shorter than pseudopenal membrane; pseudopenal membrane slightly sclerotized and roughly triangular; gonorcus median lobe pointed, projection at middle, acute apex; mediuncus distal end bifid in ventral view, proximal apex arrow like in shape; gonocoxite IX rod-like, distal apex strongly curved dorsally. Female: In general, vary from male in body coloration. Thorax: Pterothorax dark brown with longitudinal yellow bands; pleural region brownish black with scattered yellow spots near sutures. Abdomen: Abdominal segments are almost dark brown with the yellow band in the proximal part that too in the last few segments. Genitalia: Ectoprocts oval with fine long setae; spermatheca ball-shaped, median section coiled with uniform diameter, distal section wider than medial section, fertilization canal duct narrow, curved near base and apex with long setae.
