China: Guangxi, Fangchenggang, Fulong, 2 VII 2023, 1♂, 1♀, coll. Nianqiu Zhang.</p><p>DESCRIPTION. MALE (Figs 1–9). General aspect: Considerably smaller than female (Fig 18). General coloration of body yellowish brown. Winged. Face, pronotal disc, middle area of mesonotal disc and all legs yellowish brown; anterior and posterior margins of pronotum brownish red.</p><p>Head: Smooth. Vertex with a large black spot between eyes. Occiput slightly convex. Antennae shorter than body; scapus slightly compressed dorsoventrally; pedicellus nearly cylindrical. Eyes black, circular in lateral view, strongly projecting hemispherically with longitudinal sulci behind eyes.</p><p>Thorax: Pronotum roughly rectangular, with 1 pair of longitudinal black stripes; anterior margin concave, transverse and longitudinal sulci crossing at the middle, the transverse sulcus located basal half area of pronotum. Mesonotum two times longer than pronotum, posterior area faintly raised, with narrow mediolongitudinal carina; with longer setose.</p><p>Wings: Tegmina brown with longitudinal black veins, short, not reaching median segment. Alae well developed, reaching posterior margin of tergum VII; costal area colored as tegmina.</p><p>Legs: Slender, completely unarmed. Femora slightly longer than the corresponding tibiae. Basitarsi strongly elongate, claws small but acute. Mid legs shorter than the other two legs.</p><p>Abdomen: All abdominal terga and sterna brown with longitudinal black line centrally. Terga VIII–X gradually shortening with slightly widening towards the posterior on each segment. Anal segment slightly broadened; lateral margins tapering; posterior margin slightly concave and posteroventral margin with 1 pair of strong, short spines. Poculum faintly swollen, apex subacute, reaching middle area of tergum VII. Cerci cylindrical, faintly incurved, projecting over apex of abdomen with apices rounded. Vomer distinct; body roughly prismatic with thickened lateral margins and longitudinal furrow medially; lateral margins convex on basal one-fifth area and then converging, posterior portion strongly up-curving, apex acute.</p><p>FEMALE (Figs 10–17, 19, 20). The habitus and coloration, as well as the shape of head, thorax and terminalia of studied female are the same as in holotype of T. incertus . Undoubtedly specimens from Vietnam and China are conspecific .</p><p>MEASUREMENTS. Length (in mm). Body: ♂ 44.0, ♀ 77.0; pronotum: ♂ 2.0, ♀ 4.0; mesonotum: ♂ 5.0, ♀ 6.5; metanotum with median segment: ♂ 3.5, ♀ 14.5; fore femora: ♂ 11.5, ♀ 15.0; mid femora: ♂ 7.5, ♀ 12.0; hind femora: ♂ 9.5, ♀ 17.5.</p><p>EGG (Figs 21–24). Length: 2.7; width: 1.5; height: 2.2 mm. Capsule yellowish brown, barrel-shaped, surface covered with small tubercles. Micropylar plate elongated, yellowish brown, pear-shaped, with a small micropylar cup almost posteriorly.
