Anacroneuria vanini Froehlich, 2004: 61 .

Material examined: BR, MG, Ouro Preto, Cachoeira do Abacaxi (S20°12'27.00" W43°38'16.30"), 4 males and 9 females, 07.xi.2001, RWH, HP, RJB.

Remarks: The adult males studied here have a forewing length of 9.3–9.9 mm and females of 11.4–12.7 mm. The penial armature agrees with the description of Froehlich (2004). This is the first record of this species for Minas Gerais State.
