Material examined. BR, TO: Pedro Afonso municipality, Rio do Sono (-08.99590, -048.13934), 180 m, 11-12/ X/2018, light sheet, TYS Orlando, TK Krolow, 1 male .
Measurements data. Male (n=1) forewing length: 10.5 mm.
Remarks. The penial armature of the specimen examined in our study (Fig. 5D–F) agrees with the description of Righi-Cavallaro & Lecci (2010). Additionally, the forewing length fits the range for this species considering the holotype and the specimen mentioned in Novaes & Bispo (2014). This specimen was collected from the same river as A. atrifrons . This is a new record from Tocantins state, Brazil (Table 1).
