COMMENTS: Tribe Callosciurini (Moore, 1959) . Corbet and Hill (1992) placed this genus in Callosciurus . Both Payne et al. (1985) and Corbet and Hill (1992) considered Hessonoglyphotes Moore, 1959, to be a junior synonym of Callosciurus .
