Chlaenius (Callistoides) sp.

Distribution in Angola (Provinces): Malanje.

Material examined. Carima (Cacuso-Pungandongo) (9° 35´00´´ S, 15° 42´01´´ E, 1117 m alt., 130) (MALANJE), 23.XI.2015, 1♀, DO, A. Serrano & R. Capela leg., ASC.

Remarks. It was not possible to ascribe the unique female specimen to any species. The adult was found in the edges of a small rain pound within a secondary open forest.
