Scirtes convexiusculus Motschulsky, 1863: 483
(Figs. 79–80)
Type material. Holotype (severly damaged), female: [small, oval yellow label]; “ Type ” [small rectangular label, handwritten]; [red rectangular label]; “ Scirtes / convexiuscu- / lus Motsch / I. or. Ceyl. Mt.” [yellow rectangular label, handwritten]; deposited in ZMUM.
Note. “ Scirtes ” convexiusculus seems to belong to Scirtidae, but certainly not to Scirtes Ill. It is impossible to classify it to genus because of severe damage of the holotype (only the head and part of abdomen are present). The remaining part of the ovipositor has strongly sclerotised coxites, a feature not consistant with species of Scirtes .
