Type locality. Maceió, state of Alagoas, Brazil .

Distribution. Endemic to Brazil (Plt. 175A). Recorded in the Caatinga and Atlantic Forest (Plt. 175A) at low elevations (Plt. 175B). Observed in the field in forest (Guedes et al., 2014).
