Onchodellus glandularis (Moraza & Peña, 2005)

Onchodellus glandularis .— Mašán, 2007: 109; Mašán & Halliday, 2014: 16.

This species was erroneously recorded by Ahadiyat & Cheraghali (2012) from Tehran Province, although most morphological characteristics of its specimens were similar to those of O. glandularis provided in the identification key by Mašán (2007). Subsequent examination by the senior author (AA) showed that this species seems to belong to a closely related species, O. strigifer . Therefore, O. glandularis has not yet been recorded from Iran, and we removed it from the Iranian species.
