Megachile manaosensis Mitchell 1930: 203 . Male. Type locality: Flores, Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil. (Not M. manaosensis Schrottky 1913a: 201 . See Mitchell 1943: 671.) Based on the description the species is tentatively placed in this subgenus.
