24. Conicera marginata sp. nov. (Figs. 20F–J, 30A)
Description. Male. Body length 1.48–1.50 mm. Frons dark brown. Supra-antennal setae present. Lower fronto-orbital setae absent. Lower interfrontal setae shorter than upper interfrontal setae and the distance between each other shorter than that between upper interfrontal setae. First flagellomere brown, 0.23 mm long, with an aspect ratio of 2.13:1; arista 0.27 mm long, 1.20 times as long as that of first flagellomere. Palpus light brown, with 6 short setae apically.
Thorax dark brown. Mid and hind legs brown, fore leg yellowish brown. Fore tibia with 8 small near-dorsal setulae, the uppermost being longer than the rest. Mid femur without sense-organ. Wing (Fig. 30A) length 1.18 mm. Costal index 0.39, costal ratio 1.95:1, costal setulae length 0.030 –0.040 mm. Vein Rs with basisetula. Veins brown, except A 1 +CuA 2 whitish gray. Halter brown.
Abdominal tergites dark brown. Terminalia (Fig. 20F) brown. Left surstylus (Figs. 20G, I) reniform, with 18–20 long, pointed inner teeth arranged in three rows along apical edge and with a broad banded process along dorsal edge. Right surstylus (Figs. 20H, J) with 16–20 inner teeth arranged in three rows along apical edge and a large and a small basidorsal processes.
Female. Unknown.
Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin word marginatus (edge), indicating the character of the left surstylus.

Distribution. China (Jiangxi, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan).
Remarks. This species is similar to C. reniformis Liu, 2000, it differs from the latter by a broad banded edge process of left surstylus, and two basidorsal processes of right surstylus.
