Lower interfrontal setae shorter than upper interfrontal setae, and the distance between each other a little shorter than that between upper interfrontal setae. First flagellomere dark brown, 0.21 mm long, with an aspect ratio of 2:1; arista 0.22 mm long, 1.05 times length of first flagellomere. Palpus dark brown, with short setae apically.

Thorax dark brown. Mid and hind legs brown, fore leg light brown. Fore tibia with 11 small near-dorsal setulae, the uppermost being longer than the rest. Mid femur (Fig. 24D) with a long groove and a long tube-like process. Wing (Fig. 30E) length 1.1 mm. Costal index 0.40, costal ratio 2.5:1, costal setulae length 0.042 –0.050 mm.
