Biselachista arnoldi Koster, 1993: 61 . Type locality: Netherlands, Vlodrop Station (Koster 1993: 61). Holotype ♂, in RMNH. Synonymized by Biesenbaum (1995: 95).

Subgenus: Elachista; tetragonella species group.

Distribution: Palearctic. Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Japan.

Larval host plant(s): Carex digitata L., C. ericetorum Pollich, C. humilis Leysser, C. oahuensis C.A. Mey ( Cyperaceae) (Parenti 1983, Parenti & Varalda 1994, Sugisima (2005c).
