Distribution: Palearctic. Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Russia (European part, Caucasus, Buryatia), Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.

Larval host plant(s): Corynephorus canescens (L.) P. Beauv. ( Poaceae) (Traugott-Olsen & Nielsen 1977; Baran 2005).
