Larval host plant(s): Agrostis sp., Alopecurus pratensis L., Arrhenaterum sp., Brachypodium sp., Bromus inermis Leysser, B. ramosus Hudson, Dactylis glomerata L., Festuca pratensis Hudson, Holcus sp., Phalaris arundinacea L., P. canariensis L., Phragmites australis (Cav.) Remarks: Dufrane (1957: 13) described klimeschi as a ‘race géographique’ of E. cerusella, but explicitly stated it as ‘sp. nov.’ In the same publication he named Elachista cerusella f. juncta . This name fulfils the provisions of ICZN (1999: 45.6.4) and is to be treated as a species-group name, stat. nov.
