Smetana, 2008: 170 ( Ocypus; subgenus Pseudocypus; Type locality: China, NW–Yunnan, Yulongxueshan); Schülke & Smetana, 2015: 1092 ( Ocypus; subgenus Pseudocypus; Catalog of Palaearctic Region).

Distribution. Ocypus nabis is at present known from Yulongxueshan in Yunnan Province.
