Ecology. Epigeic species, recorded from beech forest and spruce forest. Zoogeographical distribution type. Alpine-Dinaric-Carpathian (Hackenberger Kutuzović & Hackenberger Kutuzović 2013).

Distribution in Germany. Southern Germany (Bauchhenß, pers. comm.), two recent finds (2014) from the Bavarian Alps(U. Graefe, unpublished).
