Distribution. Australia, Christmas Island (Kosuge 1990), Djibouti (Jousseaume 1898; Jay 2007), Marshall Islands (Kosuge 1990), Reunion (Jousseaume 1898; Jay 2007).

Remarks. The genus Mastonia is of feminine gender, therefore the name should be Mastonia interpicta .
