The Ovipennis bicolora species-group
Diagnosis. The males of the species-group (except for O. hanae sp. n.) bear a bicolorous forewing with an ochreous orange proximal and a black distal sections, while the females have a white forewing ground colour with a basal ochreous and a larger distal brown patch well separated from each other (the female of O. kitchingi sp. n. is unknown). In the genitalia, the species-group is characterised by the dilated distal section of the uncus and the bifurcate distal saccular process in male, and the well-developed and bilobate antevaginal plate in female.
