Palearctic: 1) France, 2) Italy, 3) Morocco, 4) Portugal, 5) Spain, 6) Tunisia (Morel & Vassiliades 1963, Walker et al. 2000, Cringoli et al. 2005, Kolonin 2009, Santos-Silva et al. 2011, Estrada-Peña et al. 2017).

Estrada-Peña et al. (2017) believed that several records of Rhipicephalus pusillus represent misidentifications of Rhipicephalus bursa .

Silatsa et al. (2019) allegedly found Rhipicephalus pusillus in Cameroon (Afrotropical Zoogeographic Region), but its presence in that country requires confirmation.
