Leptostegna tenerata Christoph
(Fig. 22)
Leptostegna tenerata: Beljaev & Mironov 2019: 255 (Sakhalin).
Material examined. 1 ♀, Sokhonda mount., 23.VII.2019.
Distribution. Russia (S RFE: SW Sakhalin, S Kurils—Kunashir, S Khabarovskii Krai, Primorskii Krai), Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku), North Korea, South Korea, NE and N China.
Remarks. The finding of L. tenerata in Sakhalin significantly expands its distribution range to the northeast. In Japan the larvae of the species were reported to feed on Abies sachalinensis ( Pinaceae) probably erroneously, as in continental RFE the moths of L. tenerata are common in forests without conifers.
