HOLOTYPE: AMNH 724516, female, collected at Gigiro in Gudji, east of Lake Abaya, 06.01N, 37.41E–06.36N, 38.07E (Ash and Atkins, 2009: 399), Ethiopia, 25 December 1900, by Oscar Neumann (no. 487). From the Rothschild Collection.

COMMENTS: Neumann cited his field number of the holotype in the original description but did not enumerate his type series. The holotype is the only Neumann specimen of this form that came to AMNH with the Rothschild Collection.
