Measurements (mm). Females, PCL: 3.5–5.2; RCL: 5.2–6.3; TL: 12.3–15.0. Males, PCL: 2.7–4.7; RCL: 4.1– 6.6; TL: 9.4–14.2. Eggs few in number (5–33); those in early stages of development averaged 0.10 × 0.13, those in late stages of development averaged 0.70 × 0.83.
Distribution. Philippines, Madagascar, Indonesia, Loyalty Islands, and New Caledonia.
Coloration. Unknown.
Hosts. A mated pair taken during MUSORSTOM 4 was associated with the sponge Crathrochone clathrocalda.
Remarks. This species was thoroughly described by Saito & Komai (2008) and is not redescribed here. Some differences shown in this report is an occasional ventral rostral spine (Figs. 1 A, 2B) and variation in the spination of the third maxilliped (Figs. 2 F, G). Saito & Komai (2008) also reported on additional specimens of this species from New Caledonia (Matthew and Hunter Islands, Azteque Bank, Norfolk Ridge, Jumeau Banc, and Banc Brachiopode).
