Conservation status: Fair condition; in 75% EtOH.

Additional notes: Allotype 1 ♀ in microvial, same location data; FSCA 00070903; five additional ♂♂ in vial; same location data; FSCA 00071009– FSCA 00071013; originally described as Motyxia sequoia ollae Causey & Tiemann (1969), and subsequently elevated to species status ( Motyxia ollae Causey & Tiemann, 1969) by Means et al. (2021).
