Sex association. The female of the type species has not been recognized; the presumed female of another species was associated and identified (as Mutilla parvula Blake, 1886: 206 not Fabricius, 1804 = Mutilla myrmicoides Cockerell, 1895: 62) by Mickel, 1934: 610.
