Xyleborus strombosiopsis Schedl, 1957a: 91 .

Remarks. An image of a paratype (NHMW) was examined. The species has the characteristics of Arixyleborus given above for A. crenulatus and it is here transferred to that genus.

Distribution. Democratic Republic of the Congo.
