Apopyllus malleco Platnick & Shadab, 1984: 6, figs 7–8. Female holotype from 10 km west of Collipulli, Malleco, Chile (38º21’33”S, 72º38’20”W), 4.I.1961, J. K. Greer coll., deposited in AMNH (examined).
Diagnosis. Females can be distinguished by the sinuous anterior ridge of the epigynum and the ACT with a single coil (Figs 10 C, 11C, 12C, 13C).
Description. See Platnick & Shadab (1984).
Material examined. Only the holotype.
Distribution. Known only from the type locality, Malleco, Chile (Fig. 14 B).
