Stridulivelia tersa: Polhemus 1976: 509 (changed combination).
Identification. Our specimens were identified based on the presence of stridulatory structures on the dorsum of the hind femur and on the lateral margins of abdominal laterotergites; the male hind trochanter unarmed; the pronotal humeral angles not spinose (Fig. 17C); and the first four or five visible abdominal segments with transverse lateral sulci (Fig. 17E) (Floriano et al. 2017).
