Holotype: ♂. MÉXICO: Jalisco, Chamela, 2/VI/1986. Col. S. H. Bullock Conservation status: Complete, well-preserved; genitalia glued on a card. Additional notes: The current name of this species is Phyllophaga reyesiana Morón (see Evans and Smith, 2009).
