DISTRIBUTION: Senegal to Sudan.

COMMENT: Listed as a subspecies of leucogaster by Hayman and Hill, 1971, Part 2:50, but see Koopman et al., 1978, Am. Mus. Novit., 2643:4-5. According to CBR, a subspecies of viridis .
