Sittichaya) (3); Nakhon Sri Thammarat, Khao Luang NP, headquarters, 08° 22' 21.6'' N, 99° 44' 14.7'' E, 196 m, EtOH trap, 1.v.2010 (W. Other distribution: Indonesia (Java), Malaysia (E. & W.). Intercepted in Japan in timber imported from East Malaysia (Sabah). The species also occurs in Brunei Darussalam and Indonesia (Sulawesi) (R. A. Beaver, unpublished records). (3)

Biology: Polyphagous (Browne 1961a). The gallery system resembles that of M. corporaali (see above).
