Velayutham coll., holotype [BMNH]; Philippines, Mindanao Island, Mt. Apo, Todaya Plateau, paratype [MCZ]. China: Guangdong: Ruyuan, Nanling National Nature Reserve, 1–6.X.2004, Zaifu Xu coll., 1 Ƥ [ZJUC]; Dinghushan National Nature Reserve, 2–6.VIII.2010, Huayan Chen coll., 1 Ƥ [SCAU].

Hosts. Lophopidae (Guglielmino & Olmi 1997): in India: Pyrilla sp.; in Sri Lanka: Pyrilla perpusilla (Walker) .
