Hosts. Lophopidae (Guglielmino & Olmi 1997): in India: Pyrilla aberrans (Kirby), P. perpusilla (Walker) and P. pusana Distant.
Distribution. Oriental. China: Taiwan, Guangdong (He & Xu 2002); India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka (Olmi 1984, 1991; He & Xu 2002); Japan: Ryukyu Islands (Mita 2009b).
Notes. Type material of Lestodryinus pyrillae probably lost (Olmi 1984); the modern identification of D. pyrillae is based on topotypic material deposited in IARI.
