Etymology. The specific epithet of the new species derives from Latin “ spira = coiled”, and refers to the shape of coiled spermatheca.

Diagnosis. The new species is similar to T. liangxi Zhu & Chen, 2002, but can be distinguished by the nearly globose pedipalpal bulb, the long and asymmetrically forky embolus and the especially long spermatheca coiling into two circles.

Dorsal shield of prosoma flat, sleek, without modified pattern. Chelicerae longer than sternum, fang furrow with 2 large teeth and 3 granulous denticles on promargin, 4 tiny triangular teeth on retromargin, a row of plumose setae along promargin. Endites longer than wide, shorter than chelicerae, serrula unseen. Labium long equal to wide, darkish basally, fused to sternum.
