T. oculata Tong & Li, 2008a: 369, f. 5A–F. (Female holotype, 4 female paratypes from China: Guizhou: Guojiafen Cave, Xiasi Town [25º29ʹN, 107º27ʹE], Dushan County, 24 May. 2005, Y.F. Tong and Y.C. Lin leg., deposited in IZCAS and Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle, Paris, examined).

Material examined. Paratypes: 3 females (IZCAS) from CHINA: Guizhou: Guojiafen Cave, Daheizhai Village, Xiasi Town, Dushan County [25º29΄N, 107º27΄E], 24 May 2005, Y.F. Tong and Y.C. Lin leg.; 3 females (IZCAS), Liangshuijing Cave, Bajing Village, Xiasi Town, Dushan County, Guizhou, 21 May 2005, Y.F. Tong and Y.C. Lin leg.

Diagnosis. Telema oculata seems closest to T. auricoma . The former may be easily distinguished by the lack of beautifully golden setae on somatic surface, the cordiform sternum and the distally swollen, proximally reflexed spermatheca (Tong & Li, 2008a, fig. 5 A, B and C).
