Genus Dragmatucha Meyrick, 1908

Type species: Dragmatucha proaula Meyrick, 1908 .

The genus Dragmatucha Meyrick is defined by having hind tibia with long, rough scales beyond median spur and is superficially similar to Idiopteryx Walsingham, but it is distinguished by the forewing venation with CuA 1 and CuA 2 coincident. Two species have been listed on the Afromoths website (J. & W. De Prins, October 2018), but D. bivia Meyrick was already transferred to Idiopteryx Walsingham by Janse (1954), having the forewing with CuA 1 and CuA 2 coincident.
