Torodora ochrometra (Meyrick, 1933), comb. nov.

Lecithocera ochrometra Meyrick, 1933, Exotic Microlepidoptera 4: 356. TL: N. Rhodesia [Zambia]. [NHMUK].

Adult. Wingspan 19 mm.

Male genitalia: a study of the figures given in Clarke (1965, Pl. 74, Figs. 1, 1a, b) clearly demonstrates that this species belongs to Torodora, and hence it is transferred here to that genus.

Material examined. Male (holotype), [Zambia], N Rhodesia, Congo-Zambesi watershed (H.S. Evans) in NHMUK .
