Micraspis lineola: Iablokoff-Khnzorian 1979: 73 .

Iablokoff-Khnzorian (1982) implicated this species from New Caledonia and Fiji Islands with neither literature nor a voucher specimen reference. This species is distributed in Australia and Papua New Guinea. We were not able to examine any specimens from New Caledonia. To date, there is no evidence to validate its record from New Caledonia and we consider this record to be invalid.
