Current status: Synonym of Lasionota (Lasionota) fairmairei (Kerremans, 1897) (Bellamy, 2008) .

Comments: The label information of the syntype (NHMUK 011520846) matches the data from the original description (Buenos-Ayres (par Chevrolat)). But it has another label (added posteriorly by A. Cobos) indicating that it is a female paralectotype of Dactylozodes fairmairei Kerremans, 1897 .
