Glyptosternon sulcatus McClelland 1842 ^ZBK: 587, pl. 6 (figs. 1-3). Type locality: Kasyah [Khasi] Hills, Meghalaya, India. Possible holotype: BMNH 2005.5.17.5.

Distribution: Brahmaputra drainage, India (Ng, 2006b).
