Larnaca (Larnaca) jacobsoni (Griffini, 1913c) comb. nov.
Neanias jacobsoni Griffini, 1913c
Neanias (Eremus) jacobsoni (Karny, 1931b)
Melaneremus jacobsoni (Karny, 1937)
Discussion. The species was described from Nongkodjadjar in the Tengger mountains of East Java. Karny (1931b) gives a redescription and a revised image of the male abdominal apex of that species. He might have overlooked the projections from the underside of the oval swellings on the ninth abdominal tergite as they are neither mentioned nor drawn although the other characters agree with Larnaca . Thus it will become necessary to reexamine the type or other specimens from that area to be certain on the real complete shape of that tergite. But as the information on the characters already available are enough to be certain that they do not agree in any way with the condition in the genus Melaneremus, it should be included in Larnaca .
