Material examined. India: 1 female det. Griffini, listed in Karny (1935, p. 357) (Paris MNHN) .
Diagnosis. The female of this species is characterized by the seventh abdominal sternite with a short vermiform process covering base of subgenital plate. The subgenital plate is elongate, widest in about mid length, and terminates into two sub-angular lobes (Figs. 7 I–J). The ovipositor is curved, especially in subbasal area, and has an apical widening (Fig. 9N).
